Electric lighter

An electric lighter is a modern variant of the traditional lighter. Instead of using gas or petrol to create a flame, an electric lighter works by generating an electric arc (or plasma arc) between two electrodes, which is hot enough to ignite a cigarette, candle, or other item.

The major advantage of electric lighters is that they don’t require fuel to operate—only a source of electricity to recharge the battery. This makes them more environmentally friendly and cost-efficient than traditional lighters, since you don’t need to keep buying fuel or replacing the lighter.

Electric lighters are also safer to use because they don’t produce an open flame and automatically switch off after about 10 seconds to prevent accidents. They are also wind-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use.
