From 2028
Belgium will introduce a flavour restriction from 1 September 2028
The Belgian Council of Ministers has approved a restriction on flavourings in electronic cigarettes. The measure is intended to apply from 1 September 2028. Under the approved proposal, tobacco flavour and products without added flavouring remain exempt.
Until the new rules come into force, the current Belgian product and sales rules continue to apply. Further legal implementation may still result in detail changes before the effective date.

Good to know before your visit
Can you buy vapes in Belgium?
E-cigarettes and e-liquids may be sold in Belgium through authorised physical retail outlets when the products and sale comply with Belgian regulations. Sales to people under the age of 18 are prohibited.
Are disposable vapes allowed in Belgium?
No. Since 1 January 2025, Belgium has had a general sales ban on disposable e-cigarettes. Reusable and rechargeable systems may be sold when they comply with the applicable rules.
Can I order vapes or e-liquid online in Belgium?
No. Online sale and purchase of e-cigarettes and e-liquids is prohibited in Belgium. For these products, you must visit an authorised physical retail outlet.

Why do Dutch customers visit our store in Belgium?
Since 1 January 2024, the Netherlands has prohibited the sale of vapes and e-liquids with flavours other than tobacco. Our physical store in Meer is just across the border and is easy to reach from the Breda region.
Is the online range the same as the in-store range?
No. The range on nldamp.nl and the physical store range in Belgium are different. Want to know whether something specific is available? Ask us in advance via WhatsApp.
