Remove the old battery wrap from your 18650 battery. Do this carefully without damaging the battery. Connect the wrap well to the battery and heat the wrap with a hair dryer on a not too high setting. Blow dry gently over the wrap until it is fully connected to the battery. After blow-drying, allow to cool down thoroughly before using the battery.
