Nitecore VCL10 Car Charger

The Nitecore VCL10 is a multi-functional car charger, due to its design it is a very compact and functional gadget for the car. In addition to the function of charging, the charger has 3 other functions.

The charger can be placed in the cigarette lighter (12V), after which a device can be charged via the USB port. The charger has a built-in Li-Ion battery (240mAh), which is automatically charged when connected to the power. Furthermore, the VCL10 supports Quick Charge and 3.0 USB charging, it uses protection against under- or overcharging.

The charger has a warning light at the top of the device. The white light delivers a maximum of 25 lumens and can shine up to 7 meters away. If the button is pressed again, the steady white light changes to a red flashing light. The lamp can be rotated up to 90 degrees, when the battery is fully charged the white light has a burning time of 3 hours and the red flashing light up to 20 hours.

Another unique feature of the charger is the detection of vehicles. For example, there is a photodetector that flashes the red light of the car charger when an oncoming vehicle is detected.

The VCL10 is also equipped with a glass breaker, which can be used in case of emergency. The lamp head is made of polycarbonate which makes it a safe and strong design.
