Always shipped with Track & Trace – even for mailbox-sized parcels

If your order fits through the letterbox*, you don’t need to be home to receive it. You can track your shipment online via the Track & Trace link you’ll receive in your shipping confirmation email. No worries! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Visit our returns page for more information or contact our customer service — we’ll gladly assist you.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on business days before 8:30 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 working day. For other countries, please refer to the estimated delivery times above.

Important: For deliveries outside the EU (such as Switzerland and Norway), import duties or VAT charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please also check the import and product regulations of your destination country before ordering, to ensure the products are permitted for import.

Note: no shipping or deliveries take place on Dutch public holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Easter (Sunday and Monday)
• King’s Day (27 April)
• Ascension Day
• Pentecost (Sunday and Monday)
• Christmas (25 & 26 December)

On these days, our warehouse is closed and no parcels are shipped or delivered.
