Does your package fit through the mailbox*? Then you don’t need to be home when it’s delivered. You can track your delivery status online via the Track & Trace link with personal code you receive by email once we’ve shipped your order. Want to know if it fits? Check the dimensions in your tracking info!

Free delivery from €50.

From €50.00 (incl. VAT) we deliver your package free of charge. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €6.50. From €150.00 (incl. VAT) we also ship free of charge to Germany and France.

Delivery to service points.

You can also have your package delivered to one of the many service points. Choose “service point delivery” during checkout and select your preferred location. The same rules apply as for home delivery: order before 20:30 on weekdays, delivery expected the next day, always with track & trace, and free shipping from €50 (otherwise €6.50).
