Warranty Terms – NLDAMP
At NLDAMP, we value quality and service.
If a product does not perform as expected, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
On this page, you can find all information about our warranty policy and the return procedure.
1. Warranty Period
All our hardware products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal use.
2. What Is Covered
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to defects that result from manufacturing or material faults.
During the warranty period, NLDAMP will repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost, provided that it has been used correctly and under normal conditions.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty will be void in the following cases:
Water or liquid damage (including e-liquid)
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse
Any modification or repair carried out by unauthorized persons
Missing or damaged serial number or warranty code
Minor cosmetic wear or scratches are not considered defects covered by warranty.
If liquid is found inside the electronic components, it will be classified as liquid damage, and the warranty will automatically expire.
Tip:
Before returning a product, make sure it is completely dry and free from any liquid residue.
4. Warranty Code or Serial Number
Most devices include a warranty card or sticker with a unique code or serial number.
This may be located inside the packaging, on the product, or on the box itself.
Always keep this code together with your proof of purchase.
Warranty claims without a valid code or serial number cannot be processed.
5. Important Information – Powermatic Products
Special warranty terms apply to Powermatic devices:
The warranty is valid for up to 20,000 cigarettes produced, provided that the serial number label on the underside remains intact.
Standard warranty duration: 1 year from the purchase date.
If the serial number label is missing or if the device has produced more than 20,000 cigarettes, repair costs will be €48.99 per repair.
After the one-year warranty period, any repair or replacement will be subject to the same cost of €48.99 per repair.
6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product appears defective upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
We will provide a suitable solution according to our return procedure.
7. Submitting a Warranty Claim
Contact our customer service via email or our contact form.
Provide the following information:
Your order number
A description of the issue
The serial or warranty code (if available)
Our service team will assess whether your claim qualifies under warranty.
If approved, you will receive detailed return or replacement instructions.
8. General Advice
Keep the following items safe:
Your invoice or proof of purchase
The warranty card or sticker
The original packaging, if possible
This ensures your claim can be processed smoothly and efficiently.
