Returns

Ordered the wrong item, or not quite to your liking? No problem, we’ll solve it together. Please read the information below about returning a product.

We offer a return period of 14 days after receiving your order. Returns are only possible for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. This is due to the high hygiene standards we maintain.

Note: If we detect any signs of use on your returned item, we cannot accept it. If you would like the product returned to you in that case, we will charge shipping costs. These costs depend on current parcel rates and can be up to €9.95 per package.

Important to know: Defective products cannot be returned. For these, we have a separate procedure, namely our warranty process. Do you want to report a defective product? Click here.

The costs of returning the package are at your own expense. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service for more information.

When sending your return, we ask you to include an order reference inside the package. This may be an order number starting with ORD and/or RMO. Without a reference, we cannot process your return.

After receiving your products, we will check them against the conditions listed below. If everything is correct, we will refund the amount to the account and via the payment method you used when placing the order. You do not need to take any further action. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. In this case, you can place a new order in our webshop after returning the item. Need help choosing the right products? Please contact us.

If your return meets our conditions, you may send the package back to us. We ask you to first send us an email with the products you are returning and the corresponding ORD number. We will then provide you with the correct return address and process it as quickly as possible.
